Joy Phillips is married to Travis Phillips, the Head Pastor of Antioch Community Church.  Joy and Travis have 6 children, 4 of whom are currently enrolled at HOPE.  Joy serves on the HCA Leadership Team and serves the students of HOPE by coordinating all Chapels and facilitating Student Life Events. Joy has her undergraduate degree in Education from Baylor University with a specialization in math, a field that she worked in for 6 years at a private school in Boston. 

 

In addition to her extensive experience in this model of education and a passion for the HOPE Christian Academy, Joy carries the ability to relationally engage with others that has proven to bring depth, growth and a contagious excitement for the culture and community of the organizations with which she is involved.
