K - 8th Grades - $5250 Annually 2021-22
For new families: a $250 non-refundable, per family registration fee is required upon enrollment. Tuition will be billed in 10 monthly installments from July-November and January-May. New families enrolling after July 1st will be given the option of paying July's tuition in December.
Incoming families begin touring and submitting applications in the early spring. The re-enrollment policy is implemented in order to provide returning families with priority classroom placement while allowing the school to maximize enrollment.
HCA requests that families make their intentions known as to re-enrollment in the subsequent school year by the last school day before Spring Break. No re-enrollment fee is paid, with the following exception:
Capacity Class Reservation
Reserved space in grade levels that historically reach classroom capacity will be offered to returning families in March. A $200 payment and a Capacity Class Reservation Form will be required in order to reserve a space in those classrooms for the fall of the subsequent year.
Once space availability is determined in these capacity classrooms, incoming families will be contacted in order of admissions paperwork submittal and Admissions Committee approval for final enrollment.
Families who submit a Capacity Class Reservation and remain enrolled through September 1st will be refunded the payment amount or credited the amount on their September tuition bill.
A second child (enrolled concurrently) receives a 5% discount, a third child receives a discount of 10%, and any additional children receive a 15% discount.
