Andy Salsky

Head of School

Andy has served as the Head of School for HOPE since December 2021. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Boston College in 2009, double majoring in Education and History. He also earned his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2022. In 2011, he co-founded Antioch Community Church and has served as the Executive Pastor there ever since. He loves helping build and lead high-performing organizations and is thankful for the opportunity to bring his experiences and education to HOPE. Andy believes that education isn’t just about teaching students academic skills, but about shaping and preparing the next generation to impact the world and influence culture for Christ. This is the vision that energizes him and informs all the plans and decisions he helps make for the school.

Andy and his wife Emily have five children — Benjamin, Zachary, Asher, Elyse, and Joanna — three of which (B, Z, and A) currently attend HOPE. He is passionate about business, education, and leadership, and considers being a Dad one of the greatest joys of his life. He loves to learn, play golf, and make memories with his family!
