Sarita and her family have been invested in HCA since 2013, raising all 3 of her kids in this model. Her youngest is in 6th grade for the 25-26 school year. Working with children has marked Sarita’s life for decades before becoming a mom herself. As a first born of four and oldest cousin of many, she naturally found herself caring for children during her teen years . As a young adult, she was a nanny, recess supervisor, kindergarten assistant, youth camp counselor over the college summers and eventually made her way into getting her Montessori certification for teaching preschool. Before having her own kids she was a para-educator in the special education world in Scottsdale. 

 

Once they started their family, Sarita found herself working part time as a wedding coordinator, using her gifts of discernment, order, and hospitality to make sure every wedding couple loved their special day! That carried over into loving to host and organize events as she has done with the school and her church on the side for the last 10 years. She joyfully supports her husband Doug in his entrepreneurial small business adventures and is actively involved with whatever her three kids (17,14,12) are dedicated to. For fun Sarita loves all things volleyball, outdoors, hiking getting away to the beach, organizing Bible studies and long walks with her cavapoo Molly! She has high value for the hybrid model at HOPE and adores working with the children and families that attend this special school!
