Jill Voss is an Arizona native with deep roots in Christian education. A product of Christian schools herself, she earned her Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University and a Master's in Administration and Leadership from NAU.

With 17 years of teaching experience—including grades 5–7, PreK–8 PE, and serving as an Athletic Director—Jill is passionate about nurturing both minds and hearts. She comes from a family of educators, with multiple generations serving as teachers and principals, and is proud to carry on that legacy.

Jill and her husband, Jason, have three children—Brayden, Hadley, and Presley—and enjoy camping, road trips, and serving at Shepherds House Bible Church. She is honored to be part of the Hope Christian community and excited to invest in students' growth and faith.
